The Board of Directors of Wellspire wishes to announce that Wellspire Global Trading Sdn. Bhd. (“Wellspire Global Trading”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 23 August 2023 entered into a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Khee San Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. (“Khee San”), for a period of three (3) years from 23 August 2023 to 22 August 2026 (“Agreement”).

Wellspire Global Trading has been appointed by Khee San as the sole and exclusive distributor of the “Khee San” brand products in Thailand.
