The Board of Directors of Wellspire wishes to announce that Wellspire Global Trading Sdn. Bhd. (“Wellspire Global Trading”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 13 July 2023 entered into an export agency agreement with Cundo Food Co., Ltd (“Cundo”), for a period of three years from 13 July 2023 to 12 July 2026 (“Agreement”).

Wellspire Global Trading has been appointed by Cundo as the exclusive distributor of the “Cundo” brand chocolate coating cake products in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.
