Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate For Recurrent Related Party Transactions Of A Revenue Or Trading Nature

The Board of Directors of Wellspire wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval from its shareholders for the Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming 1st Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Circular and Notice of Annual General Meeting setting out the details of the Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate will be sent to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
