The Board of Directors of Wellspire wishes to inform that the Company has applied to the Registrar of Companies (“ROC”) for an extension of time to convene its 1st Annual General Meeting (“1st AGM”) and the ROC had vide its letter dated 16 January 2023, which was received on 7 February 2023, granted an approval to the Company to convene its 1st AGM for the purposes of laying the Audited Financial Statements for the period from 6 August 2021 to 31 December 2022 on or before 30 June 2023 pursuant to Section 340(4) of the Companies Act 2016.

The Board will determine the appropriate date to convene the 1st AGM of the Company and make the necessary announcement in due course.
