Timetable for IPO

Remarks :

All defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus dated 27 December 2022 issued by Wellspire Holdings Berhad.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 27 December 2022 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 4 January 2023.

In the event there is any change to the indicative timetable, we will advertise the notice of the changes in a widely circulated daily English and Bahasa Malaysia newspapers in Malaysia. The dates for the ballot of the applications for the Public Issue Shares, the allotment of the IPO Shares and the Listing would then be extended accordingly.
